Welcome to the "I am J" AI Agent App and Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Please read these Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as "Terms”) carefully before using the Service operated by I am J Corporation (hereafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "J").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Monetization, J-Coin System, and Subscriptions

 

To provide and maintain our Service, we operate on a credit-based system. Understanding how this works is crucial for a seamless experience.

1.1. Subscriptions & J-Coins: Access to the Service's features is granted through paid subscriptions. Each subscription plan provides a specific allocation of digital credits, called "J-Coins," for a defined subscription period (e.g., monthly, annually).

​

1.2. In-App Purchase (IAP) Requirement: All purchases related to the direct use of the I am J mobile application, including initial subscriptions and any top-ups of J-Coins, must be processed exclusively through the official in-app purchase (IAP) systems provided by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. There is no external method or website where users can purchase subscriptions or J-Coins for use within the mobile app. All financial transactions are handled directly by the respective app store platforms.

 

1.3. Consumption of J-Coins: Using the various AI features, cloud microservices, API calls, and other processing tasks within the Service will consume J-Coins. The number of J-Coins required for a task depends on the specific feature and the intensity/complexity of the task.

1.4. Low Balance Warning: When your J-Coin balance falls to 20% of your original subscription allocation, the system will display a warning. This is to notify you that your balance is low and to provide you with the option to top up.

​​

1.5. Depletion of J-Coins:​  If you consume 100% of your available J-Coins before the end of your subscription period, the Service will be interrupted for the affected features. You will receive a "Not Enough J-Coins Available" message.

​​

At this point, you have two options:​

​​

a. Top Up: You may purchase an additional pack of J-Coins via the official In-App Purchase system to immediately resume using the Service without waiting for your next subscription cycle.

 

​b. Wait for Renewal: You may choose to wait until your next subscription cycle begins, at which point your J-Coin balance will be automatically replenished according to your active subscription plan.​

​

1.6. Purchases and Refunds:

​

• All subscription fees and J-Coin top-up pack purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

​

• We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods or unused J-Coins.

​

• All payment and refund requests for app purchases must be directed to and handled by Apple or Google, according to their respective policies.

​

2. Definitions

​

• Service refers to the I am J AI Agent App and website operated by J.

​

• User refers to any individual or entity using the Service.

​

• Content refers to any data, information, text, graphics, photos, and other materials uploaded, submitted, or generated on or through the Service.

​

• J-Coins refer to the digital credits provided through a subscription or top-up purchase, which are consumed to use the features of the Service.

​

3. Use of the Service

​

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

​

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

​

• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

​

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

​

• In any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

4. User Accounts

​

To access the Service, you are required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account password. You agree to notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 

5. Intellectual Property

​

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of I am J Corporation and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

 

6. Content

​

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the Content you submit or generate using the Service. However, by posting or submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content solely in connection with operating, providing, and improving the Service.

• AI-Generated Content: The Service may generate Content based on your input. You understand and agree that such AI-generated Content may not be unique and that other users may receive similar output from the Service. We do not claim ownership over AI-generated Content, but you acknowledge it is a function of the Service and subject to these Terms.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. By using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Data Protection Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall I am J Corporation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service.

​

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

​

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

​

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.

• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

• The depletion of J-Coins and any resulting service interruption.

​

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless I am J Corporation, its licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password.

​

• A breach of these Terms.

​

• Content posted on or generated through the Service.

​

11. Termination

​

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

​

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
