I am J Corporation (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “J”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our “I am J” AI Agent app and website (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.2 Optional SOS Emergency Information
Providing this information is entirely optional. It is used only to facilitate emergency response if you activate the SOS feature:

Emergency Contacts: Names, relationships, phone numbers, email addresses, or other user contact info. Optional physical addresses may also be provided.

Medical Information: Medications, allergies, pre-existing conditions, or other health-related data.

Other Voluntary Details: Any additional critical information for emergency responders.
All optional SOS data is transmitted only if the user explicitly consents, encrypted, and time-limited, and shared only with emergency contacts or services designated by the user.
SOS Emergency Companion provides informational guidance and triage support only and is not a replacement for professional emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (e.g., 911/112). The app does not directly contact police, fire, medical, or other public emergency responders. Users may optionally configure personal emergency contacts within their SOS Profile, which the app can notify when the user activates SOS through a secure encrypted link with a limited time-to-live (TTL) expiration for enhanced privacy and security.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, session frequency and duration, feature interactions, taps/clicks, in-app searches, and other diagnostic information.

Device Identifiers: Anonymous user IDs or device IDs for app functionality, security, and analytics.

App & Feature Usage: Feature usage, J-Coin transactions, AI inputs and outputs.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Cookies or similar technologies to improve your experience. You can manage these in your browser settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information only for legitimate purposes:

Service Operation: To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including AI processing of the text, images, and audio you provide. AI outputs do not use your data for external profiling.

SOS Emergency Response: Only if you provide optional data and activate SOS.

Notifications: Service updates, low J-Coin alerts, or support communications.
